Thank you for shopping with MNCulture. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your order.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. If you'd like to place an order from another country, please contact us at infomnculture@gmail.com before purchasing.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
Standard UK delivery takes 7–12 working days from dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or events outside our control (weather, strikes, public holidays).

Shipping is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking information can take 24–72 hours to become active after dispatch — please be patient if the link doesn't show movement immediately.
Order issues
Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us at infomnculture@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch. Once an order is dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.
Lost or stuck parcels: If your tracking hasn't updated in over 7 days or your parcel hasn't arrived after 15 working days from dispatch, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Damaged on arrival: Please inspect your parcel on delivery. If anything is damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.
Customs and duties
All our orders ship duty-paid to the UK. You won't be charged any extra fees on delivery.
Undeliverable parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, the recipient was unavailable, or the parcel was unclaimed, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. The cost of re-shipping will be borne by the customer.
